Cara Membuat:

Masak nanas parut/blender di atas api sedang. Aduk terus agar tidak gosong.
Setelah air nanas menyusut, masukkan gula pasir, garam, kayu manis, dan cengkeh (jika pakai).
Masak terus hingga selai mengental, berwarna cokelat keemasan, dan bisa dibentuk. Dinginkan.
Bentuk selai menjadi bulatan-bulatan kecil sesuai ukuran yang diinginkan.
Membuat Adonan:
Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung maizena, dan susu bubuk. Ayak.
Kocok margarin, mentega, dan gula halus hingga lembut dan pucat.
Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu, kocok hingga tercampur rata.
Masukkan campuran tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni dengan spatula atau tangan hingga adonan bisa dipulung. Jangan terlalu lama menguleni agar adonan tidak keras.
Simpan adonan di dalam kulkas selama kurang lebih 30 menit agar lebih mudah dibentuk.
Membentuk dan Memanggang:
Ambil sedikit adonan, pipihkan, dan isi dengan selai nanas. Bulatkan dan tata di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin atau dialasi kertas roti.
Olesi permukaan nastar dengan campuran kuning telur, susu cair, dan madu (jika pakai).
Panggang dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya dengan suhu 150°C selama 20-25 menit atau hingga matang dan berwarna kuning keemasan. Sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing.
Dinginkan nastar di atas rak kawat sebelum disimpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
