Resep Nasi Goreng Ala Thai

- Sayuran pelengkap: wortel, buncis, atau kacang polong (potong kecil-kecil)
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
- Garnish: irisan timun, tomat, daun ketumbar, dan bawang goreng
Cara Membuat:
- Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan. Orak-arik telur hingga matang, sisihkan.
- Tambahkan sedikit minyak lagi, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum.
- Masukkan serai dan daun jeruk, tumis hingga harum.
- Masukkan daging ayam atau udang, masak hingga berubah warna.
- Masukkan sayuran pelengkap, masak hingga sedikit layu.
- Masukkan nasi putih, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan kecap ikan, saus tiram, gula pasir, dan bubuk cabai. Aduk rata hingga semua bumbu tercampur dengan nasi.
- Masukkan telur orak-arik, aduk rata.
- Kecilkan api, masak nasi goreng selama beberapa menit sambil terus diaduk hingga semua bahan tercampur sempurna dan nasi goreng panas merata.
- Tambahkan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata.
- Angkat dan sajikan nasi goreng ala Thai di atas piring.
