Bahan-bahan:

Bumbu Halus:
- 8 buah cabai merah keriting (sesuaikan selera)
- 5 buah cabai rawit merah (sesuaikan selera)
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 2 cm jahe
- 2 cm kunyit
- 1 sdt terasi bakar
Cara Membuat:
- Lumuri potongan ayam dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 15 menit.
- Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
- Masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, serai, dan lengkuas. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan potongan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna.
- Tuang air, masak hingga ayam empuk dan bumbu meresap.
- Bumbui dengan garam dan gula pasir. Koreksi rasa.
- Masak hingga kuah mengental dan bumbu meresap sempurna.
- Angkat dan sajikan asam pedas ayam selagi hangat.
